Professional Rehabilitation Counselor


Jennifer is an experienced Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Certified Vocational Evaluator (CVE), and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC-Illinois) with nearly 20 years of experience working with individuals with a wide range of disabilities. Originally from Central New York, she earned her Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University at Buffalo and worked for several years for the State of New York Department of Persons with Developmental Disabilities where she was involved in designing and overseeing the implementation of pre-vocational and habilitation training programs.

After relocating to Florida in 2016, Jennifer worked as a vocational evaluator at a not-for profit agency and later served the agency for several years as the Director of Vocational and Psychological Evaluation before making the decision work as a vocational consultant in private practice. Jennifer’s experience includes providing expert testimony in Social Security Disability cases, conducting vocational evaluations and producing written findings, Labor Market Surveys and research (both domestic and worldwide), and providing written opinions for veterans seeking Total Disability Individual Unemployment (TDIU).

Professional Rehabilitation Counselor


Jana is a Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC-Illinois) with over 20 years of experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation. She holds a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor of Social Work degree, both from Southern IL University, Carbondale, IL.

Jana has extensive experience and expertise working with individuals with a diverse range of disabilities, helping them to identify and achieve suitable vocational goals. Her expertise includes interviewing, counseling, transferable skills analyses, labor market surveys (both domestic and worldwide), vocational assessment reports and case management which consists of job seeking skills training, job development, job placement and support and guidance.

Jana also has experience testifying in depositions and trials and she also works with veterans, assisting them in obtaining Total Disability Individual Unemployment (TDIU) benefits.

Tracy Peterlin, MS, CRC, LPC

Tracy is a Nationally Certified Vocational Counselor (CRC) and License Professional Counselor (LPC-Illinois) with over 25 years of experience. Tracy’s work experience includes working with CCM, Inc., and EJR Consulting Inc.

Tracy possesses a Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from University of Illinois, Urbana- Champaign. In addition to her vocational training and experience working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with Worker’s Compensation, Tracy has extensive experience with medical case management cases and coordinating care for injured workers. Tracy has experience with private insurance companies, third party administrators, as well as state, county and municipal cases and has worked cases for both the plaintiff and defense. Tracy has served as an expert witness on numerous cases. Tracy conducts Vocational Evaluations, Labor Market Surveys (both domestic and worldwide), provides job seeking skills training, resume development, interview guidance and counsels clients on maximizing their strengths and abilities following an injury.
